Whatever your goal, LearningExpress Library’s resources will help you succeed. Each of our Learning Centers offers the practice tests, exercises, skill-building courses, eBooks, and information you need to achieve the results you want—at school, at work, or in life. Looking to land a job? You’ll find an entire Learning Center dedicated to helping you get the one that’s right for you.

Computer Access at the library is managed by Envisionware, an automated software program which schedules your computer time and manages your printing. A valid SAILS library card is required. Patrons must adhere to the library’s Internet Use Policy.

Printing is 15 cents per page for black and white, no color printing.

There are 5 public access Internet computers located in the Reference Area. All computers are equipped with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Publisher. Please read our Computer Sign-Up Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Students in Grades K-8 have access in the Children’s Department.
  • Students in Grades 9-12 have access in the Reference Department.
  • All students 8th grade and under need parental permission (on the Library’s form) to use the Internet.

There are 2 computers designated for “word processing” functions. Each is equipped with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft Access.

The Learning Express Test database is also available on the Word Processing Stations.
